If you purchase any products through or from this website you will be subject to the terms and conditions of sale which apply to all such purchases.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use and conditions of sale from tie to time and your use of the website following such change will be deemed to be acceptance of such change.

Although we have used reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information and/or material contained in this site is correct, we make no representation or warranty that such information or material contained on or accessible via the website is accurate, complete, current or true or that use of the website is free of risk of viruses or other damage.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing and except as provided in conditions of sale, we shall not be liable for any direct loss or any loss of profits, business, or loss of or corruption of data or any indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever.

This does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer under English Law.

Nothing in these terms of use shall exclude or limit the liability of us as website operators for death or personal injury due to our negligence or fraud.

This website may contain links to or from third party sites the conduct and policies of which are beyond our control. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of any third party sites nor for any transactions between you and such other sites.

2. Copyright and Trade Marks

This website and its design text graphics selection and arrangement thereof and the software and programs used by the site are the copyright of Deixis Limited trading as My Team Selection. The Trade Marks depicted on this site are depicted with the permission of the registered owners and are the property of the owner and/or its licensors who retain all rights in such trade marks.

Sports archive photographs are supplied and used under licence from the appropriate and relevant owners.

All rights are reserved except that permission is granted to download the materials contained on this website to a single personal computer and to print a hard copy of such materials solely for personal, non commercial use. Any other use of materials on this website, including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication, without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Obscenity, Blasphemy, Profanity

The use of obscene, blasphemous, profane or racist language or words in the interactive section of the site is strictly forbidden and in contravention of the laws of England . Action will be taken against individuals using or attempting to use prohibited terms words or phrases in the proofing or production of images. Please refer to the Privacy Policy which explains our responsibility under the law in this respect.

4. Conditions of Sale

By clicking on the "Continue" button you are entering into a formal contract to purchase the goods and products you have selected and added to your Shopping Basket.

You have been asked to check the spelling of names and words appended to the products offered and to check the details of your order. You will not be entitled to a refund or credit if orders are delivered to you that fulfil the requirements that you have specified and approved in the proofing process.

The order is conditional upon payment being authorised by your card issuer and is at all times subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

5. Prices and Payment

All our prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rates in force from time to time. The cost of carriage is added unless otherwise specified as included. All orders for despatch outside the UK mainland will be subject to charges for post and packaging even where the price for an item states that such charges are inclusive. Except in the case of manifest error, the prices charged are those set out in this website at the time at which your order is placed.

Payment must be made in GBP Sterling, Euros or USD and may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Solo, or Switch. You confirm and warrant that the card used is in your name and issued to you personally. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept credit/debit card payments in our absolute discretion. Payment will be processed through a secure site.

6. Cancellation

You cannot cancel an order once the item has been printed and despatched as confirmed by you. If you change your mind and the item has not yet been printed it may be possible to cancel by emailing us at sales@deixis.co.uk or by calling us direct.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.  If you receive an order that is defective, you may return it in its original condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.  Please understand that personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a 25% discount on the same replacement item.  Of course, if we have made an error, we will replace your order free of charge to you.  All claims refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Applicable Law

These terms of use and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts and by using this website you hereby submit to and waive any objections to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

8. Gift Vouchers

My Pixel productions gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. My Pixel productions gift vouchers can only be used online at www.myteamselection.com at this time. Voucher codes can be used until all remaining credit has been used - credit balances will be retained until either used or the voucher expires. Vouchers have a life limit of three years from date of issue.
